Do you ever wonder if some of the greatest variety/errors began with a disgruntled employee? Maybe some trickster at the mint just having fun, or a more sinister character who wants to see Americans pay insane amounts of money for otherwise unremarkable items? brbr me neither

I don't fully understand how the coin pressing process works, but my guess is that a mint worker smuggled this piece out somehow I am not interested in purchasing something like this feeder finger, but I would love to fully understand how the coins go through the process Without a slow, step by step video, I doubt I would be able to grasp it

I will concur with a few others The feeder did not "ACCIDENTLY" get out of the mint Someone had to take that part off and replace it, so even if the bolts broke off they would have noticed it by site or by sound and would have to be replaced They would "I hope" look for the broken part
