I wouldnt call a numismatic coin's value increase over face a "premium" A premium seems to me to be an upcharge that a bullion's manufacturer or dealer would arbitrarily put on their rounds But Numismatic coin value is market based, which varies on rarity & condition Calling this a "premium" doesnt seem right to me Comment from : @Car1Sagan |
