Wonderful collection of ASE’s, are you planning to continue collecting raw ASE’s or are you thinking about buying slab ASE’s instead I started collecting PCGS ASE’s when the bullion coins rolls with premiums went above $43500 per roll In the late part of 2019 I started buying only pcgs eagles in all the mints, with & without mint marks, special additions like reverse & burnish finishes & BU now “struck in” and currently in PCGS presidential labels Collecting ASE’s in slabs give you even more coins too add to your collection plus your coin grade is certified and now is much easier to sell especially online like ebay My bullion coins I will sell locally due to tax issues

I wanted to ask this on your latest video, but you had comments turned off :( Anyway, I noticed that in the last 2 years (2018 and 2019), and later this year as well, the San Francisco mint has/will produce a proof silver eagle The West Point mint usually releases the proof eagle early in the year, and the SF mint releases later in the year Do you know whether the SF mint produced stand-alone proof eagle in earlier years? I know that there was a 2017-S proof eagle from a proof set (17RC catalog #) and a congratulation set (17RF) Same with 2016-S, but I don't recall seeing any more earlier years' of the S proof eagle

An example would be: Silver Eagle Reverse Proof as part of a set with a Canadian coin broken up the Reverse eagle proof is going for around 200 US but a Silver Eagle Reverse Proof that was not part of a set lists for over 5 times more for the same coin? This is what is confusing me, can a person buy a broken set for 200 and expect it to be worth a lot more in the future?

I would like to ask you if you know if you purchase a mint set of coins and if you purchased the exact same coins individually: If you break up the mint set for example a silver eagle proof, is it equal in value to the silver eagle proof that you purchased as part of a set? I see a lot of broken sets for sale and some of the individual coin prices from that set are too hard to believe?
