I was at the game and remember Jack Charlton slipping, Leeds had so much of the game,and as usual history shows us that they could have won much more silverware as they were at the top of their game fielding more or less the same side every week brLiverpool were the Leeds rivals and equally had the same squad throughout the yearbrDecent players in the first division sometimes let down by the pitches and dubious refereeing decisions,players who fought for every ball and committed to the clubs they played for, players mostly from the Home CountiesbrThe game has changed but not for the better run by money, journeymen who join clubs with no loyalty to the clubsbrWhich is why Rugby is my favoured sport
