You could just change the Adobe Premiere to another editing program without need to invest in 40 CPUs core PC I run DaVinci Resolve on ryzen 7-1700 with 16Gb of RAM and 1050Ti nvidia graphic card with 4Gb of video RAM and yes, it could be harder after putting on all of the corrections but it's never a slideshow Previously I worked on Premiere Pro for 15 years It was a great program, just not anymore for the last 10 years But setup is nice, and big respect from me for that

The problem here is not the game, but rather windows itself Windows acting weird if you have more than 16 cores and if those are split over 2 or more nodes things going sideways The early chiplet design cpu had the same issue, but this got fixed on the CPU manufacturer side That's why most servers tend to run on Linux instead and running windows in a virtual container so you can present windows both or even all 6 CPUs as one giant CPU Windows server on the other hand dont have that issue, but windows itself is a shitty operating system for a server, it eats drivesbri mean, you use it as a workstation so technically this isn't really an issue if you're using windows as a OS

I got a 6148 on an asus c621 sage mobo and an A4000 on it that I use as my home server The 6148 has the same single-core turbo as what you have and it's not really snappy in windows I'd go with a 5950X and 64 gis of ram if I were you
