For the lip liner, try and use a lighter and heat it for literally one second I do that with my eyeliners, it makes it so bold and creamy all the time!

I hate when lip liners are dry and hard to use like that! But I've found that if I put chap stick or some type of lip moisturizer first it helps the liner go on a lot smoother!:)

I am an old school make up personand you may know this but just in case Lip liner is to be used with normal lipstick You only use the lip liner to outline the lip so that the lipstick does not run and to give your lip a nice shape Maybe you know that, just sharing :) Great video Tfs

A trick to use with the lip liners u can just pass it over a lighter so quick and it'll be creamy :)
