good tutorial thanks but you didn't denoise your audio as you didn't complete the last step which is capturing a noise profile you could have also use adaptive noise removal keep up the good work best wishes

Thank you for this I have a question How do you record vocals while the music is playing in Audition (CC 2014) I usually just switch to Garage Band when I have to do "music" stuff but some times if it's short for a jingle etc I really want to simply use adobe I know it would be done in Multi Track Again I want the music to play while I lay down the vocalsThank you

Very good tutorial for audio that is already captured at a lower volume I would just add that it is best to capture your audio initially at higher level (best signal to noise ratio) which would eliminate the need for some of these steps

What is the best sample rate for recording awesome crisp music? The default is 44100 I tried recording at 88200 but when i tried saving it i got some error message saying the clip will be saved at 44100 Thanks

I'm new to Audition I normally use Sony Sound Forge I would like to use Audition to build an audio book I usually record one paragraph at a time In Sound Forge it's a snap to chain the Paragraphs together but I don't know the best way to do that in Audition I would probably use Audition more if this can be done easily Do you have any thoughts on this Like your vids they have bin much more help than many others
