I am only working with FBM now, Amazon does not check any returned product and does not care about the refund to seller We are receiving several return products in which the customer exchanges their old product for the new one we sent to them, they even change the serial number of the product, return another type of product, etc We are scared by so many dishonest customers After we started using FBM, we are able to identify dishonest customers! Hi Crescent Great video What would happen if the product box was damaged in transit from China to the Amazon warehouse? Now, the packaging box is damaged and stored in the Amazon warehouse, and they still ship it to customers in those conditions I sold two products, and both boxes were damaged I suspect that the damage was caused in transit from China I requested Amazon to inspect the packaging, but they declined Now I am stuck with these damaged boxes and potentially get massive returns from customers and, consequently, bad reviews Comment from : @mdelpa
