Yea but some customers say they didn't receive it or it's been damaged screwing over small business making them not only lose profit but also lose money on shipping gotta admit some customers are scammers especially with all these tik tokers showing people how to scam amazon sellers and get a refund back along to go with staying with the item

I like your videos! I am only working with FBM now, Amazon does not check any returned product and does not care about the refund to seller We are receiving several return products in which the customer exchanges their old product for the new one we sent to them, they even change the serial number of the product, return another type of product, etc We are scared by so many dishonest customers After we started using FBM, we are able to identify dishonest customers! We are recovering a lot of money that was lost when we did FBA Sellers need to pay attention to returns!

Hi Crescent Great video What would happen if the product box was damaged in transit from China to the Amazon warehouse? Now, the packaging box is damaged and stored in the Amazon warehouse, and they still ship it to customers in those conditions I sold two products, and both boxes were damaged I suspect that the damage was caused in transit from China I requested Amazon to inspect the packaging, but they declined Now I am stuck with these damaged boxes and potentially get massive returns from customers and, consequently, bad reviews

I live very, very far from hubs that are only open during normal business hours It is not easy to drive extremely far away from my home to return items when I work everyday and would have to miss a day of work to do so There should be a way to drop it off at the post office, or to have it picked up from my house

Thats a great video Crescent Thanks If a returned item is in perfect condition/resalable, but needs some minor fixing for ex the product/brand tags hung by small chain are missing, or the plastic wrapped on travel bag handles is torn/missing, will Amazon take care of such issues?
