I really want to love the gold buffalo but I have a hard time getting past the uneven rim One side is 2mm and the other side is 3mm I mean, come oncan't get that corrected??

I've only have 5 Gold coins from North America A 2018 Eagle, a 2018 Maple, a 2018 Buffalo, a 2012 Eagle proof and a 2018 LibertadbrI would love to get a Buffalo proof and a Libertad Proof and the new Eagle 'Team America' design They are all really nice coins but the premiums are excessive so I am just collecting the cheapest Gold Bullion at the moment My local Coin dealer will send out random 'minty' gold coins at around 3 above spot So far since restarting the gold collecting a few months ago I have been randomly sent a 2010 Isle of Man Angel proof, a 2021 Britannia, a 2009 Philharmoniker and a Perth Mint 2009 Year of the Ox brThe Buffalo bullion coin is certainly up there as an attractive coin But the early Queens Beasts such as the 2018 Unicorn of Scotland and 2017 Welsh Dragon of Wales have more than doubled in value from their original purchase price

I live waaaaay outside America, so I have a US gold double Eagle on my list, but otherwise the gold Buffalo is a superior 9999 bullion coinbrFor me, the Buffalo represents pre-historic North America, and the Native American represents early-historic North AmericabrThe gold Britannia and Maple are also superb 9999 coins in their own right, but the Buffalo has got the edge I think👀

The Britannia's usually have the smallest spread between dealer buy and sell prices I’d probably go with a Maple, the radial design is just so gorgeous under light! And it’s going to be very sad next year when maples will have the stupid-face charles on the back, last year for the queen

I love gold buffalos when i can find them at my lcs, but i go for the low premium gold most often here in southwest i can pickup 20 pesos and 50 pesos mexican gold on the cheap and it sells easily here if i need to liquidate it

I think that the best gold coin buy is the Canadian maple leaf That would most likely be my go to gold because of the lower premium's But maybe one day I'll own a gold buffalo
