Being a parent at an elementary school for a couple of years now, I’m very wary of people who are a bit too smiley Smiles should come from within and are a sign of the peace and happiness within that person Forced smiles and fake laughter can easily be seen through, especially by children Overall body language is what I believe people are really perceiving and absorbing

A lot of getting hired is also dependent on the principal And yes, male and female Some want you to show more empathy while others want you to be more firm I was an IA for 5 years before getting a teaching job My interviews were all dependent on emotionbrFor example, one school turned me down because i was cpi certified which some schools look down upon A lot of little things like that add up But overall its a good gig and you can do other things with all that time off during breaks and summer
