Hello i follow the step but it show error and i later when to the FNB ATM trying it again it show that transfer status not available I cam back home a track the money again it show that fund has been received by receiver I now log in to my fnb app and check history it show that the money was received by FNB forex but was not reales in my account what my be the problem

Hey does money gram also put your money on hold just like PayPal if it's a new account or once we've download the app we can start receiving money without having to wait 21days
