Considering Stay Puft can't die as he is a spirit and by Real Ghostbusters he in the Containment Unit to this day, Mrs Stay Puft would've given birth and their kids would've given birth which mean Mr Stay Puft is now Grandfather, possibly a Great Grandfather! In thinking about it, Mr Stay Puft is only in the movie for about three minutes of screentime, but he's still recognized as one of THE faces of the Ghostbusters franchise That's how you make a memorable villain!
