Adhd autisim cptsd and learning dissibilities here I'm 28 and i feel so helpless i try extreamly hard but I feel like a waste of space and I always come back to the strong desire to separate my counciouness from my vessel feeling like when I'm ok I'm just ignoring the fact that that I'm not capable to achieve much I'm really lost and I feel like I don't belong in this world I'm in therapy and got meds but nothing is helping and I'll never be ok To anyone out there going what I'm going through and my neurodiversity only thing I can say is your not alone Comment from : @IndividualIntent |
