My experience with exchange was terrible I had an old gold (22-carat) chain that I had bought from Tanishq 10 years back, and when I went to exchange it for a new one, they gave me the return price @21 carat I have been buying my gold from Taniishq for the past 12 years, and 80 of my jewelry is from Tanishq This instance shocked me, and I am shocked that they did this for their own gold I have decided not to buy from them again

Which tanishq store is this in Delhi ? I was going through reviews of tanishq store in lajpat, south ex and saket, most of them said salesman's behaviour changes when they come to know that customer is of small budget! Your views on this ?
