I just bought my first one the other day and waiting for it to be delivered here soon, I was hoping it’ll be a great piece to add because it was basically at spot with the sale! Ironically I also bought a gold Buffalo with the same clear capsule like yours I still can’t believe how expensive everything was with today’s prices 😅

The Rooster is a lovely gold coin However one needs to understand that the original was only struck from 1899 to 1906 From 1907 to 1914 they are official restrikes minted at the paris mint, during the 1950s until 1960 They are all however the same weight and carrot of gold If anybody wants to know more about these roosters just ask me
