Ok success story I was feeling low because I my teacher was giving me a C grade constantly even though I did really well in my assignments and I started feeling that she kinda was partial towards me I started using the techniques that you've shared of going back and revisiting the scene and turning it into how I desire it to be I imagined my teacher praising me and telling me how good I was doing and guess what! Last week I had diarrhea Due to which I was unable to lead a normal life So i imagined myself eating a ivada pav/i exactly 3 days later I felt normal and i resumed normal life and guess what? My grandfather's younger sister visited us and she brought ivada pav/i !!!!
