Really appreciate the video but for me, the accommodation budget is not realistic I am not able to find anything decent below 1000-1500 USD per month currently Been using Booking/AirBnB, which of course should be more expensive, but either way, the difference is quite big

My son is lived in Thailand for 15 years He says he spends about $400 a month but he goes out to eat three times a day coffee snacks bottled water he eats like a Thai person would with an occasional going out to an American style food

10000THB for a room in a shared house with no pool and no gym on site is total BS my friend - you should be paying no more than 4000 PCM for that dump For 15-20K you could could get a 1bdr self contained apartment with 50m pool and gym onsite

It's great seeing this Ive seen people say they can live for 1k a month and found that unbelievable I would want my own place for a start Ive been to Thailand years apart between trips Last year i found it to be very expensive We spent 4k in 19 days on trips/ taxi every day and great food with massages and beauty treatments, but we ate very well in lots of great restaurants etc this was for 4 people Realistically, how much would it be for your own little 2 bed house with pool per month? Would love to go for 3 months

It is my understanding, but I am a noob at this, that eating out is cheaper than cooking your own food Thats why all the kitchens in condos and houses in Thailand are usually quite small
