Hello,brAfter watching this video, last day I transferred money from Germany to India using this app I decided to do a bank transfer and transfer the amount in Euro that I would like to convert and send to India to this Instarem account As per one of the comments, the amount was credited within 8 minutes but for me the transfer status is still showing as "awaiting payment" and from my bank the amount has already been debited on the last day And when I try to chat with one of the agents of Instarem, they are not very helpful Can anyone help me by giving me the number of the advice center? It is actually a good amount so I would like to check the further statusbrI have experienced that bank transfer is not so convenient :(
