Para la letra ñ, podías haber usado la palabra ñame y para la X fuera sido mejor usar como ejemplo Xilófono, Xenofobia, realmente hay muy pocas palabras que comiencen que esas consonantes y tengo entendido que solo en México lo escriben con equis, para Panamá y los otros países hispanohablantes los escribimos con J, Méjico
