 Hate this machine! Worst purchase ever! It washes with hardly any water, my clothes come out partly dry, you can see the dry spots and others with soap I have stood here watching the entire cycle and it’s the worsts, it spins with soap bubbles still present…I’ve had it a few days and will be calling for them to come get it I’m going to purchase the Samsung or LG! My friends have these two brands and don’t have this issue!

 My Grandma has a similar model of this machine She hates this washer so bad, but she says the clothes get clean but there is a lot of soap left in the laundry after the wash GE, you should bring back the spin between the wash and rinse And please bring it to the Direct Drive Models as well because your washers are trash when it comes to removing soap

 This machine was bought to do normal loads Normal is about 6" of water in the bottom and 1/4 of a load Can you imagine how many times it would take and how many hours to do laundry now Why sell a 55 size machine if you can only use 11 of a load Pushing High fill does not work and they know it However you can stand there all day long and add what is required by hand so They are happy! Myself, Think there is issues with this machine and would not bother getting another GE or any brand If I can help it Laundry matt as you have to watch the machine at home to add required water to clean your clothes
