I gave money to a health related charity and they have been sending me these elaborate and very expensively produced brochuresbrThey looked like a catalogue for Christie's or Sotherby's auction house Glossed pages, etc brThe information contained could had been sent in an email for a fraction of my wasted donation I would be surprised if one hundredth of my donation was being used as I had hoped and I will not donate a penny to this particular charity in the futurebrI will do my research searching for ethical charities who do not waste money keeping up appearances

These mainstream charities take way too much of the damn pie and don't give nearly enough back I don't agree on how that money is being spent We don't need a fleet of vehicles delivering food to people in need, instead just give money directly to those people Go Fund Me is how it should be done Money directly to the people in need Instead of placing our trust in some wealthy CEO to help needy people how they see fit, at their discretion Geeze, their house is destroyed Lets buy a chicken truck How about we help replace what was destroyed instead Give money directly to the people
