Haha yet you do make me laugh I did time in prison, so this is a helpful skill I had to learn to apply to fix my addiction and self-destructive behavior once I realized it was my dis agreement with my environment causing the self-destructive behavior I have accessed my pineal and become anointed since reaching enlightenment I hope to teach this soon Much love

Big issue with any kind of training Some people can stay in training, while others cannot The focus can’t be only on the individual level, since not all individuals are naturally capable of staying in training

The way you control your speech speed and tone is quite amazing I bet that took some practice, it looks beneficial with helping seem more controlled and stable, probably creates that effect in your mind as well, parallel to say playing ball in a new pair of shoes or the wife having her makeup and outfit perfectly how she wants Some feeling of that effect
