Sassa officials are the worst, they're lazy and mistreat people What this government is doing is wrong as it is its a challenge for even older people to apply for old age grant They have to go back and forth to and from the sassa offices without help The online application system also gives errors, when you call the sassa call centre they still can't help Its frustrating These are the people who remained loyal to the ANC and voted for them on every election, yet the very same government is treating them like this My heart is sore, let's consider the elderly

I do change my sassa black card on December January iget my money but this February my card was declined when igo to report my card they say the card Iwas using it's wasn't mine They swap our information by mistake but the problem is the They say is mine don't have and they are the who have my card

Sms came through on 19 December 2024 to change Cards before 31 January 2025 so it is extended to MarchbrProblem is not all Post Bank want to do it & most Post Office Banks have closed downbrCard Chip is durable for 24 to 18 months and have to be Sponsored/ Fund by Before it has been by SASSA face recognition, Nedbank Absa currently Post Office BankbrThe other reason is due to high fraud people drawing with stolen cards deceased etc cards ;the cards have to be verified by the original Beneficiariybr I hope SASSA can do something to assist SDR Beneficiaries who lost their phone numbers with their phones & can not remember their Cellphone numbers To have access to their Funds🎉🎉🎉
