I'm sure I would be fine with less than 88 keys because I'm mostly improvising and recording bits at a time anyway Problem is that if you want graded hammer action there are basically no options outside of 88 keys And if you find it it'll be a lot more expensive than the cheaper 88 keys options So I guess I have to make space for a big one anyway Throw out the fridge perhaps 😂brThanks for this video

I bought a 49 key midi keyboard last year for composing some tracks on fl studio, turns out I dont know how to play piano, but now I only know the basics not enough to play in time or play chords that I like to choose at moments notice But for learning songs im limited to the range on my keyboard, for example, finding classical pieces for the clavichord to fit the range of my playing limits but I haven't tried those classical music since its too complicated for me atm I've played some pop songs but only learned one so far Any insights or suggestions to what I can use to improve at piano I would appreciate it :)

Electronic keyboards have been around long enough that current Asian concert pianists learned to play on them and they were brought up learning on keyboards A student can make the adjustment to an 88-key piano when the time comes Also, 61-key and 49-key units can be found in used condition for almost nothing Most people don't have a bucket of money to spend

Hello Frank Thanks for this information Me and my daughter have just started learning piano from a piano school I would like to know if a 61 keys piano like Yamaha NP-12 is good enough for us or should we go with Casio CDP-S110 88 keys piano, as suggested by my teacher? I atleast like to play piano for my passion towards music and will not be going for more professional work in this Budget is also a factor

Hi can you help me please?? what would you suggest? My 6 yr old says she wants piano lessons I was surprised when i saw she had an interest in it and shes never took any interest to the many instruments my son plays So i Was going to buy her a 37 key keyboard to see if she genuinely have interest or will she forget about it in 3 days So should i get her a 61 key keyboard now or just a toy keyboard just to see if she'll like it or not?
