Banks do not 'lend' money They buy and sell securities It's been proven that a 'loan' is created from nothing when you sign the agreement This is how the money supply is created Banks do not act as intermediatary looking after you money You lend the bank money when you open an account There is no legal definition of a bank 'deposit' Money in the form of a loan is never taken from one 'saver' and lent to a 'borrower' br97 of 'money' is digital numbers on a screen Only 3 cash is in actual circulation This is why it is easy for banks to create most of the money supply

Dear Prof government doesn't create money It borrows from the fed that creates currency for bonds, but not money, with the currency being the derivative of money so that's why it could be created out of thin air by printing, hence feeding the inflation Or they invented some way to "print" gold? We seem to come close to alchemy They could not fake gold, to decided to replace with what they print - currency

Hey Prof, what are your thoughts on an MIS major (Management Information Systems) from an AACSB accredited school? The major does not seem to be very popular, and I am not really sure how employers think of them I suppose one would also need to learn more skills and perhaps industry certifications outside the classroom in addition to MIS degree just because it is so general
