Do not buy a gift card you’ll pay sales tax, have 1 card with 250$ cash bonus for spending 2k in 6 months with 0 balance transfer, and another card with 5 cash back on something you already buy Use the 5 cash back on card 2 and balance transfer to card 1 You will have made 350$ from credit card churning for spending the 2k you would have spent anyways

I'm pretty sure gift cards and money orders both cost money You'll end up doing all of this and profit maybe $125 in points And you'll end up burning much more than that in gas Not to mention that if the banks catch you doing this, as mentioned by others, they will terminate your account Even if this worked it wouldn't be worth it

Not Meijer grocery store Meijer gas station cuz 10 times out of 10 times it’s a Indian guy who barely speaks English working in the counter and the moment you walk in you look to your right and see a entire shelf full of gift cards and prepaid debit cards to restaurants or prepaid visas crazy part I was 13 years old when I did this and I went to the Meijer grocery store first but the manager said he wasn’t allowed to sell prepaid cards to somebody under the age of 18 So instead of just walking back to the house with nothing I decided to go to the gas station to see and that’s when I knew and that’s how I got it but now I go it
