People watching this video should know the Texas legal market works differently from the rest of the country While the pay rate remains the same as the industry standard for many biglaw firms, you can get a summer associate position after 1L Many students go straight into biglaw rather than doing an internship

I swear the latering transition even from small/midsized firm is pretty much same for finance/consulting if you dont start at a top firm and switch to one (say going from big 4 consulting to MBB)
