 So after confirming with @RobFindsTreasure, as well as a facebook group I frequent I am inclined to believe this is actually NOT a 1999 Wide AM which just bursts my bubble today Another tell tale sign is the FG would be really really close to the memorial building and that is just not the case on my coin Oh well win some and lose some! Keep hunting everyone!

 i have a book 1909 to 1958 I wanted to get another for 1959 to date or something like that well they want $23000 my first book was only 4 bucks so why the new books so expensive is beyond me and seems crazy

 I don’t know if that really is a wide am The spacing would have to be equal between the a and m and the m and e, and the m is clearly closer to the a Also check the FG, if it is really a wide am it would be very close to the memorial compared to a close am
