My mom inherited 10k from her aunt years ago She put a downpayment on a condo for my sister and I when we were in college Fast forward 30 years later, that 59k condo is now worth 600k in Boulder, Colorado She lives off the rent every month, it brings in 3k She is leaving it to my sister and I when she passes It will be a huge responsibility to make a wise decision about the property and how my sister and I will utilize the proceeds of the condo to benefit our retirement and our childrens future!
