Students don't need schools anymore They can collaborate privately or online All they need is one teacher to guide them School is the bureaucratic organization that hinders student progress and get's in the way between student and teacher

Heterogeneous groups work better for me If weaker learners are placed together in a group, they need more teacher help, they waste time if teacher does not supervise them, discipline issues come to the fore, they lag behind I have tried this and i teach 45 third graders
