I call EVERY single month & get a credit of either $2000, to $5000 dollars every single month for a year now They keep jacking up my bill It should be about $5800 a month but now they keep trying to add more & more charges every single month & all I have is a basic phone No long distance, No caller ID, No call waiting, No voice mail Just a plain phone & high speed internet on a laptop for 1 person & now they have jacked my bill up to $12000 per month so you can damn well bet I call every month to bitch them out & get it lowered!!! Everytime I have to talk to AT&T I have REAL issues! I think all long term AT&T customers deserve a credit for the their wasted time getting the run-around from low level incompetent CSR's At my wage AT&T owes ME a minimum of $500 for MY time I've wasted following up on THEIR mistakes

I did all of these things, practically begging AT&T U-Verse to do something to address the ridiculous nature of my bill They could & would do nothing for me Now, tomorrow when I call to cancel my account, I'm confident they will have a different story It's just not worth it anymore, no matter what they try to do to make it right There is no amount of money they can credit me that will make me continue to keep such poor customer service perpetuating

Thats not possible We can only gave adjustment on the bill just by making changes on your account: plans, features, or something, but not just for asking If you really want to save money, ask for the $30 dolars unlimited mobile to any mobile and unlimited messages feature, and down your minutes plan, so you can really save Think a little
