That competetion metric from Google keyword planner is for CPC advertisers to understand how competeitve the ad space is Technically for SEO, we don't have to worry about it Or the higher the better actually So that the keyword we are trying to rank has some monetary gains attached to it since people are trying to buy that keyword

Adam, do you have a Google Ads account? I don't see the same level of KW search volume details in Keyword planner as in your example I just see ranges of search volume like 1K to 10k I've heard you need run some ads to get the more granular level for search volume per KW
