I have literally tried EVERYTHING & nothing is working! I did everything step by step & this remote (3 device Phillip universal) says it’s for Sony too & has the codes for it (1071,5811,5321,etc) meaning it should definitely work but it’s just not! I’m so frustrated & I need help 😭!

The remote says that it works Roku but I have an actual Roku TV and I can't seem to get it to go from side to side to the menu but it will turn the TV on and off, so does it not work for actual Roku TVs?

Hold setup, press TV button, press power button on remote every 5 sec until tv turn off, manually turn tv back on, press volume up every 5 seconds until tv turns off, press tv button on remote to save code
