My biggest fear of sky diving is, ofcourse the jump itself but at the same timebr1) putting our life at the mercy of thr guy you are strapped tobr2) what he faints or passes outbr3) what if there is parachute malfunction

Just did my skydive in SkyDive dubai EXACTLY what he said I had a full blown panick attack on the take off One of the instructors held my hand and they all told me to breath I managed to trop shaking crying and hyperventilating and calmed down The second I was out of the plane I was the happiest exhiberant calmest person on earth! The bliss is on the other side of the fear ❤

amazing, i just want to add one more thing that most of the events that happened in your past leave a positive or negative effect, falling and breaking bones, hurting yourself etc also watching videos of other people gettiing hurt or dying leaves a deep impact on the brain, which is designed to keep us safe at any cost ( too much safe also leads us to be in comfort zone that also destroys our confidence to try things) - believe in the process and you will learn to tame the fear, process of working consistently on it, step by step process (goals) just my 2 centscheers
