From my experience I would not bank with Sofi I banked with them 1 year and Today I took all my money out I had to order a new debit card in NOVEMBER! and it’s now almost the end of DECEMBER It never showed up usually takes 7-10 business days😂 I ordered 2 cards one in November and one earlier this December Come to find out they didn’t place the order on the 2nd card it didn’t show up in their system I kept getting passed around on the phone and they all kept asking the same questions Yall I had NO card Sofi was my primary bank delmistake/del I have not had access to my money for MONTHS I was already overwhelmed with the questions and they honestly should’ve noted my situation and I asked this lady to and the notation she put in the system was “in the process of ordering new card”bruh moment She totally dismissed the whole situation On top of that non of the different departments had extensions so I had to get passed around and it was extremely frustrating Long story short be aware of this when choosing Sofi
