I had something similar to the out of the map glitch happen to me when I drove into a pursuit breaker and respawned outside of the track above some water and fell down infinitely

one thing if you get out of map very carefully you can drive normal under map, cool part is: when you go over map your car makes a super crashing jump (i got busted like that since i hit cop and my car rolled over and landed on roof and didn't reset)

to make car float just do the under map glitch except put 2 tires outside & go to garage as many times to make car float

*Ahem* Credit please Anyway that out of map glitch of mine, if you watch the whole thing, you can level out the tire and drive as fast as you want out of the map without worry of falling
