Honestly if I had to guess, I'd say the reason the 95-W is higher despite a slightly higher mintage is because of higher demand (ok, bear with me); more people likely collect the traditional, "regular" proof ASEs, and further, more people want a complete set than reverse proofs Comment from : @hankmoody7513

I had a 1889-cc xfine details cleaned, like you I sent it to pcgs for a regrade on the Morgan sorry It was in Ngc holder It came back au details cleaned please what is the value for it ?
