Agreed But Unlike most bands such as The Beatles and the stones ect Pink Floyd just made music and didn't really market themselves They just did what they loved which payed off because they're hands down one of the greatest timeless bands of all time :)

@joshrobertcassey i agree, i'm just saying, pink floyd is an overall exception the band that pretty muched started pop music (i use the term in a wider sense), the beatles, couldn't start anything today i miss the soul, the message and the great skills of bands like pink floyd, too however, many rock bands weren't all that good (think about acdc, for instance) and at least in the 90s there was great rock/alternative etc
