So, what I’ve always wondered about with inflation is, does it really just comes down to feelings? Like, to use the fruit analogy, when more apples are available people just don’t want (feel interest in) apples as much, yet the apples will still exist in the numbers they’re available at & some people may very much want apples regardless of excessive availability So, if people still want money very much even if there is a lot of it available, we all just decide (feel like) to make that money worth less just because there’s a lot of it? I'm sort of understanding this now, however it's still hard for me to grasp for some reason I might be completely ignorant here, but I don't get why the government can't just use the printed money for its own needs, and leave it out of the rest of the economy That way maybe the government can use it at it's will and Maybe that way all the businesses can leave everything as it is But yes, the tirm fiat money, makes things a little more clear I'm definitely no mathematician or banker, so I probably won't ever understand Lol Comment from : @rydstallion75 |

How does printing money increase inflation? When we actually have that much more money in our banking system in the form of checking and savings accounts and many other retirement and investment funds So why would printing physical money to more accurately represent the amount of digital money actually flowing through the banking system increase inflation?
