A great video that captures the nuances of using smart devices (tablets, phones, etc) for learning One of the big misnomers around these devices in education comes from referring to them as phones These devices are capable, and used, for far more experiences beyond making a call They are mini computers and need to be treated as such

I have been trying to tell people this all year! Cell phones can be used to help with education! But no one listens to Kenny, he's just another 'rebellious kid' wanting to use his cell to text, I wouldn't text anyone in the class except for my friend, Charlie!
