I've tried 13 different virtual Visa gift cards (received from doing activities on Cast Light)&all but 1 declined, any insight?brI should've chosen the amazon gift cards instead, but figured there would be a way to combine them all in a digital wallet of some sort (which wasn't the case)

In my case, I have balances from Visa debits that have been previously loaded on my Amazon account I do not have these cards anymore so I don't have the balances, the full number, ccv, or the phone number etc They are just small balances on Visa gift cards listed on my payment methods Is there any hope to move these all to one place?
