For an open course, the language style of the presenter should to take into consideration the online viewers ability to comprehend spoken references to things off screen Pointing to something off screen on a board and saying to the audience "if you don't include specific information, you get that" What is the "that" she is pointing to? For the online viewer, it is an incomplete thought The presenter does this repeatedly This leaves uncertainty for the learner It lacks quality, and risks poor outcomes and inequalities for those in your blind spots who need a quality that is consistent This is the challenge in presenting courses with such a knowledgeable and excellent in person presenter At 14:07 a student makes the exact point I am making about the slide of laundry process consideration description
