You would do well to add a toe board to your mill You can produce much higher quality lumber if you center the pithbrbrIf you have a welder, you can fabricate one yourself fairly easily

I have to admit I haven't been watching your videos very long but I do enjoy them and what I have notice is your banned Saws so far I have seen LX55 LT15 AND LT40 I wondering how many saws you all have not counting your circles saw So far the best I can tell your LT40 is the best choice because it is fully automatic it turns the log without having to use man power to turn the log

Nice vid! Here's an idea on how to get top cut the first time when the low point is at the end: Raise the blade, take it down just passed the end Lower it till it's just under you cutoff (bark, etc), note that height, raise it back up and bring it back
