How can BPI tie up with AIA for a product that leads to losses of clients who entrusted their hard earned money for investments that have obviously not been managed well There are investors who have lost more than 50 of their investments How about those that worked overseas and believed in their SALES TALK of the ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, who failed to fully explain the fine prints? There are other Investment companies whose portfolios have also suffered losses especially during the pandemic, but they have already recovered, providing investors with profits In the case of BPI AIA, investment values thru what they call the NET ASSET VALUE PER UNIT (NAVPU) have been continuously eroded Yet those who invested are continuously being charged for MISMANAGING their funds As proof, the NAVPU on the INVEST PESO MAX in June 2016 was 14202 In February this year it was 12185 or a loss of around 14 after 8 YEARS! Just recently, this went down further to 11551! What kind of Fund Management is that? To make matters worst, the NET REDEEMABLE VALUE would make the investor suffer by around 60! BPI AIA should take out BPI INVEST PESO MAX and other losing investment product lines and refund their clients with the full amount as it is obvious that AIA did not manage the funds well It is requested that the appropriate government agency overseeing these kinds of investments intervene for the innocent customers Otherwise, who will protect the investors?
