 For anyone still trying to fix this, here's what did it for me (found this online, not my solution so don't give me the credit) :brbrThe solution for this problem (for me) is as follows:brbr1 right click on Hitman Absolution in your library - properties br2 disable Steam overlay and cloud saves br3 change the language to Russian or any other br4 let the game update ( 500mb download) br5 run it once from Steam (the launcher should start) br6 exit the launcher, revert the language to EnglishbrbrHe was a little vague about step 4 In the properties there's an "Updates" tab, click that and change the Automatic Updates to "Only Update This Game When I Launch It" Not sure if that is REALLY necessary but doing that and following the steps above worked for me Also, after you change it back to English, the game will have to update again Merry Christmas!
