This entire operation seems incredobly unsafe, from a european perspective atleast Single pilot IFR into small strips flying old high world load aircract brbrSeems like a recipe for disaster if you ask me, just read the company reviews for key lime air and every singlr pilot review is horrendous People statong how overworked and underpaid they are How its a dangerous firm to work for brbrI feel they are using inexperienced pilots who will literally put there life at risk to get into there first flying jobs I truly hope they change how they are run !

Even if still "miserable" today, these kind of jobs are probably far better now than in the 90's I'm abroad and looking at the US market I never understood how it could have been so bad in the industry that regional pilots were living off food stamps

Hi, thanks for the exciting documentation We also fly Metroliners Metro 23 DC I can recommend that you use MT propellers They are quieter, more efficient and the starting process is faster

you have to load & unload your freight!?? as a pilot!? im assuming this company hires felons? i know ill never be able to fly for the airlines but ive settled for cargo, i figure something like this i would be able to do as a pilot with a felony on my record (the faa has already approved me etc) i just need to find a company that will give me a chance its from when i was 18, & was from a cop saying i punched him when i didn't this has effected my entire life & crushed my dreams of becoming an airline pilot i swear i didn't know the girl was married and i sure as hell didn't know she was married to a cop or i would have NEVER given her a glance anyway, im now in search of something that will hire me (im thinking cargo/freight, private & skydiving places are my only shot)

My local airport runs one of these and you always double-check the seatbelt lol, far more clunkers than good landings, and the way it sways under deceleration makes it feel as if it is going to tip onto its wings

Why not just have two pilots? People can pay a dollar more to ship their gillette mach 3 razors I am a CFI(I) in FL Just looking at it from a risk management perspective, I think people would willingly pay a few more cents per pound for shipping to pay for a second pilot Anyway, I'm not an accountant Awesome video, and kudos for the flying you do Single pilot IFR is really challenging I put my students in the sim in the mountains all the time in various atmospheres and make them tell me if we can make the ODP climb before we even start the lesson I don't want them leaving me and doing anything stupid!

I hope you advance quickly onto regular FAR 121 operations with two pilots in a modern aircraftbrFlying the Metroliner commercially in Colorado with bad weather and high average elevation with little to no automation as single pilot in IFR conditions pushes the workload up to 11 There is basically zero margin of error, even for experienced pilots
