I am in the process of buying a house, which I find myself stretch my boundaries With ones I prefer more, they are higher priced and more competitive My employer has a referral to Landed program that helps downpayment and claims 25X contribution of the equity down the road I discussed it with my tax accountant and want to withdraw some retirement funds (eg, 401k) to stipend my downpayment instead of sharing my equity down the road What are your insights and suggestions?
