The conversation system isn't more complex in Sims 4, the conversation options you get are pointless even for storytelling since they share animations a lot of the time The interests and the ability to change topics in Sims 2 make the outcome of conversations more predictable and give you more control over how your sim gets along with others This feature would've been a lot more useful if you could actually see what the other person's interests were after interacting with them for a while, but still it's a level of depth the sequels can only dream of

The one about going to the neighborhood and picking the lot from there sounds so useful! Half the time I look at the lot names and go, “what lot is that?” The ability to be able to look at them before picking the specific one sounds wonderful I can’t tell you how many times I have picked a lot and realized it didn’t have what I was looking for

one that i like to abuse is if you use the sledgehammer tool on homework it counts the homework as being finished even if your sim didn't interact with it at all lol

While I knew most of them the travel to neighbourhood is totally new for me (and I've been a sims fan since sims 1) Also, while I btechnically/b knew about collapsing the cheat window I usually type in "expand" but "x" is so much faster lol, thank you sm<3

I think a lot of people know this, but if you don't want your flowers to die, buy the sprinkler so they'll water your plants automatically Since I discovered that, my sims's flowers never died again!

Dude, I literally don't know how to get half a foundation tile, I know it's possible but to make half-walls and I tried the half-tile thing, but to make a diagonal corner wall, I need to cut the foundation in half too, but it just doesn't work ;-; pls help

For the cheat box, if the cheat does not begin with "Boolprop" you can press the Tab key and the game will auto complete itbrbrFor example, suppose you will type the cheat for placing objects in a quarter tile gridbrbrYou just need to write "setq" and press "Tab"brbrThe game will auto complete the full cheat

Not sure if you’ve mentioned this in other videos if you are in cas and you right click on a face template it gives your sim 10 of that face and you can keep doing it till you get to 100 and it will be that face template

if you don't want to always type out long cheats you can make aliases for them in userstartupcheat file! there are tutorials online but basically you can make it so typing "teston" or "testoff" will have the same effect as typing boolprop testingcheatsenabled true/false , or maybe "mon"/"moff" for moveobjects on/off, just set the aliases to something you will remember
