you have to do the WHOLE cheat, look up "sims 3 xbox cheat" it a full cheat that unlocks this one also He didn't show the main part of how to get the cheat started

Basically once you pause the game & press all L & R buttons @ the same time, you'll get Spoot the Lama from Misc Decor in Build/Buy mode & everything that was shown On Pets, you'll get Creation mode
