Since this was bcaused/b by job/money problems, maybe he should do as Dave suggests and get a bpaid/b job, working for a Salary Sadly he can not successfully run a Business, at least from the financial side brWhich is not a Sin, owning a business is like walking in a minefield With his own salary and cutting expenses to the bone, selling one if the cars, etc he can slowly rebuild his life Forget/ignore the Divorce threat, do not WASTE money, time or effort pushing it forward, just focus on the job Add a second part time job or gig to the main one Let HER waste time $ and energy pursuing a divorce I guess she will give up halfway which is good It will also be halfway into reconciliation Focusing on job and earnings will make everything end well Just do not make unnecessary moves, get into bad refinancing, consolidation, etc Do not bincrease/b debt br

There is definitely more to this story than what is told…the wife was probably really fed up Did he take some of her money to keep the business going? Who knows! Was abusing or drinking a lot during stressed times? We don’t know…I’m just not jumping to conclusions about the wife
